Speirs Gumley has an  Approved List of Contractors. These independent contractors  must maintain a high level of service demanded by our agreement in order to remain on our approved list. We monitor their performance continuously to ensure that quality standards are met and for Health and Safety purposes.

Should you require a tradesman outwith these hours contact details can be obtained from the Trade list below or alternatively via our switchboard by dialing 08000 217 517. Our automated telephone system will quickly connect you to the appropriate contractor.

Please note that out of hours contractors should only be used in the event of an emergency, however, if you experience difficulty during this process, then please proceed to organise the appropriate response and advise us as accordingly.
