• Preparation of a feasibility study and budget costings
• Submitting statutory consent applications to Planning Authorities and Building Control
• Completing grant applications if a property is eligible
• Preparation of design and detailed drawings
• Preparation of contract documentation, procuring competitive tenders and providing contract administration and construction monitoring throughout the project
• Liaising with Loss Adjusters where appropriate
