We have a pro-active approach to the marketing of rental properties in our care, using the latest technology so we can let your property quickly, to a suitable tenant at the best market rent.
Selecting tenants
Vetting prospective tenants is an important part of our service. We will interview tenants and check references on your behalf and we will always accompany tenants when they are viewing your property. Once tenants are on board we will draw up a lease and prepare an inventory of contents.
Accounting
We report to you on a monthly basis with a full financial statement including invoices. Every six months we will review your current tenancy and rental levels.
Repairs and maintenance
As part of our service we will arrange for general repairs to be carried out by our approved contractors, so you are safe in the knowledge that your property will be well maintained while it’s in our care.
Safety
Legislation relating to safety has been tightened in recent years and our Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) membership provides access to the latest regulations. With our Repairs Team we will organise any safety requirements on behalf of our clients.
