If a property has a specific problem, then a full report on the building’s condition is not usually needed. Instead, our Surveyors will carry out an examination of the defect and provide a detailed report on the cause and recommended remedial action.

Occasionally, previous work carried out on a property can be found to be sub-standard and will  require remedial works. A request can be made to our Building Surveyors who can comment on the quality of the original workmanship. This service is particularly useful when a professional expert’s report is required to support a legal claim.
