Merchants House
The Merchants House of Glasgow, built in 1874, is one of the city"s most prominent buildings overlooking George Square and the City Chambers. Speirs Gumley manage the entire property on behalf of the charitable owners, Ship Venture Ltd. Built over six floors, the building is let to a variety of commercial companies as prime city centre office space. Our comprehensive services to the landlord include rental collection, preparation of service charge budgets for the provision of all services to the common parts of the building, letting of any vacant accommodation and the provision of all property related advice.
The Italian Centre
The Italian Centre was one of the first commercial, private led urban regeneration projects to take place in the modern day Merchant City. Speirs Gumley have been involved as managing agents of the scheme since the redevelopment took place in 1988. The Centre comprises a sunny, sheltered courtyard around a mixed use scheme of high quality flats, specialist shops, a bar/bistro and restaurant, with a heavy dose of classical and more contemporary pieces of public art. Our management remit on behalf of both the residential and commercial owners includes the provision of all common services and maintenance using our extensive pool of quality approved contractors. It is imperative in doing so that we maintain the high quality and overall appearance of the development , bearing in mind the high level of architectural and tourist importance of the Centre.
Panorama Business Village (Phase A)
Located within Junction 11 Business Park in a highly landscaped environment, Panorama Business Village provides in excess of 6,039 square metres (65,000 square feet) of office accommodation. Phase A comprises of 22 terraced office pavilions finished to a high specification with dedicated parking. The scope of our management for Phase A of Panorama Business Village on behalf of the co-proprietors includes the provision of common services and the preparation, charging and reconciliation of service charge budgets.

Royal Exchange Square lies in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, immediately south of George Square and adjacent to Buchanan Street.
